MYDRESSROOM.CO.UK is happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable products within 14 days from receipt of order.
Making a return or exchange is easy. Before you send the item back to us please inform us about your refund/exchange request via RMA function on your account. Simply log in to your account, click RMA, choose the order you wish to return. Once the request is received approval will be given within 48 hours and a returns form will be sent to your registered email. Please note we do not offer free returns.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the order is returned successfully. We reccomend sending recorded delivery to guarantee a successful return.
OUR REFUND POLICY
Items should be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all MY DRESS ROOM and original garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Where provided, straps and all original packaging such as product information cards, dust bags and leather tags have to be included with your return.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on MY DRESS ROOM. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can replace it for the product of the same value or more. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
There is no charge to exchange items for a different style, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also chargable on any replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within 10 days via the original payment method. Please note card refunds may take longer time for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through MY DRESS ROOM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
MY DRESS ROOM reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
